Active preparations for the international online conference “Current Issues of a Development of the System of Provision of Educational, Social, Medical, Habilitation / Rehabilitation Services to Persons with Disabilities” are underway.

This year's conference differs from similar scientific and practical events. Along with the experience exchange, the participants will jointly develop a consolidated vision of the further strategy of deinstitutionalization, protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, and tolerant society. The mission of the conference is to formulate and clearly articulate this vision to the responsible structures. For this, speeches must correspond to the substantive directions:

• Expressing requests, needs and problems of the industry.
• Discussion of tools for meeting needs and solving problems. Analysis of positive – both foreign and domestic – experience.
• Development of proposals that will be included in the resolution of the conference.

Please follow the rules and time limit on speeches to have a possibility to listen to each other and create optimal conditions for the participants of the discussion to exchange their views.

• Speech of the speaker – up to 30 minutes (including translation).
• Abstracts during the discussion – up to 5 minutes.
• Remarks on the topic – up to 3 minutes.
