The project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", which the Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya is implementing with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office, continues. 

An important area is to support medical institutions that are working overtime during the war. This time, in accordance with the request of the Nikopol Children’s City Hospital, we donated a humanitarian aid consisting of medicines that will help ensure effective treatment of acute respiratory and seasonal allergic diseases. 

The hospital is located in a settlement that is constantly under hostile russian attacks. Doctors and all medical staff are constantly mobilized to help the local population, which suffers the most from the shelling and its consequences.
