As part of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", the Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya donated humanitarian aid to the Kyiv Regional Children’s Hospital No. 2.
The medical institution serves the children’s population of the right-bank part of Kyiv region and IDPs. Last year, the hospital treated nearly 11,000 young patients, including more than 700 children from among the internally displaced persons. To provide quality medical care, the hospital received a large batch of Dexamethasone and saline.
This project is being implemented by CAMZ with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office.
